1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and EQ668 ("eq668", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the eq668 online casino and sports betting platform available at https://eq668.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, software and services (collectively, "the Services").

EQ668 is an English-language information and gaming platform specifically designed to serve users in Pakistan. By accessing the Platform, creating an account, depositing funds or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and unequivocally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

To register and maintain a valid account on the EQ668 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater. This Platform is strictly adults-only. Gambling by minors is prohibited under all applicable laws and operator policies.
• You must be acting as a private individual in your personal capacity and not as a commercial agent, professional gambler running a business, or on behalf of a third party.

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons declared legally incompetent or under guardianship are not eligible to register.
• You must not have previously been subject to a self-exclusion order on EQ668 or any affiliated platform that remains in effect.

4. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the EQ668 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

4.1 Registration Requirements

At the time of registration, you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information required by the Platform registration form. You must promptly update this information whenever any material change occurs.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. EQ668 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account as an additional security measure. You must notify EQ668 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

EQ668 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access that results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security, provided that EQ668 acted in good faith on instructions that appeared to originate from your account.

4.3 KYC Verification

All accounts are subject to KYC verification before full functionality — including withdrawal processing — is activated. Typical documents required from Pakistani users include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport, and in some cases proof of current address. Documents must be clear, unaltered originals submitted only through the Platform's official secure verification portal. Submission of falsified, altered or incomplete documents will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.

5. Terms of Use

By accessing the Platform, you agree to use the Services only for lawful personal entertainment purposes in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. The following obligations apply to all registered users at all times:

• You must use the Platform solely for your own personal use and not for commercial purposes, professional gambling operations or on behalf of any third party.
• You must not attempt to access, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile or interfere with any part of the Platform's software, infrastructure or security systems.
• You must not use any automated system, bot, script, software agent or similar tool to access, navigate or interact with the Platform without express written authorisation from EQ668.
• You must not engage in any form of collusion, chip-dumping, arbitrage betting schemes, bonus abuse or any other activity designed to exploit the Platform's systems or gain an unfair advantage.
• You must not use the Platform to launder money, process proceeds of criminal activity or circumvent financial monitoring obligations.
• You accept that all game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or by live dealer procedures as applicable, and that EQ668 does not manipulate results.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

EQ668 accepts deposits through various payment channels that may include familiar Pakistani methods referenced for informational context — including bank transfers associated with HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, mobile payment flows associated with Easypaisa and JazzCash, Raast instant payment, and cryptocurrency methods including BTC and USDT. The availability of specific payment methods depends on the operator's current supported channels and your location.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set by the operator and displayed in your account dashboard. Deposits are credited to your account balance in PKR or the applicable account currency. EQ668 does not accept deposits from third parties — all deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions: (a) your account must have completed full KYC verification; (b) any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus-derived funds become withdrawable; (c) your account must be in good standing with no active investigation or compliance hold; and (d) the requested withdrawal method must match a method previously used for deposit where applicable.

Deposits not wagered at least once prior to withdrawal may be subject to an administrative fee. EQ668 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions or network congestion affecting cryptocurrency transactions.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

EQ668 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, welcome offers, reload bonuses, cashback schemes, birthday rewards and referral credits to eligible users. All promotions are subject to specific terms published alongside the individual offer, and to these general bonus conditions:

• Bonus funds are subject to stated wagering requirements (also known as playthrough requirements) before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means the bonus must be wagered thirty times).
• Different game types may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Sports betting wagers, slots, table games and live dealer bets may each carry different contribution rates as specified in the promotion terms.

9. Responsible Gambling

• Collusion between two or more users to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.

• Harassment, abusive communication or threatening behaviour directed at EQ668 staff, support agents or other users.
• Chargebacks or fraudulent dispute filing against legitimate EQ668 transactions.
• Accessing the Platform through VPN, proxy or anonymising services to circumvent geographic or identity restrictions.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the EQ668 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software and all intellectual property inherent in the Services — is owned by or licensed to EQ668 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer or otherwise exploit any content or software on the Platform without express prior written consent from EQ668.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EQ668 excludes all liability for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity, including losses arising from game outcomes, betting results or market settlements.
• Technical failures, interruptions, latency, data loss or connectivity issues affecting your access to or use of the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain adequate security practices.
• Any reliance placed by you on information, odds, statistics or other content displayed on the Platform.

EQ668's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by you and held in your account balance at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

13. Account Termination

EQ668 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected.
• KYC documentation is insufficient, outstanding or found to be falsified.
• Suspicious activity is detected that triggers AML or fraud-prevention protocols.
• The user requests voluntary self-exclusion or account closure.
• A regulatory or legal obligation requires the Platform to restrict the account.

Upon account closure in good standing (i.e., where no breach, fraud or investigation applies), withdrawable funds remaining in the account balance will be processed to the user's registered payment method subject to standard withdrawal procedures. Bonus funds not yet converted to withdrawable cash through fulfilment of wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which the operator holds its applicable gaming licence, as disclosed in the Platform's licensing information.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact EQ668's support team to attempt resolution through the Platform's internal complaints procedure. 15. Amendments to These Terms

EQ668 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required for legal, regulatory or security reasons.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 13 of this Agreement.
